Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Systems Administrator to resolve technical issues in live production environments. You will provide remote support for customer systems, including servers, hardware, software, and databases, while ensuring high availability and performance.

You will work with internal teams to resolve problems, improve systems, and ensure a top‑notch customer experience. The role requires on‑call participation and largely remote work with occasional on‑campus needs in Mission, KS.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's in engineering, IT, CS, or related field preferred.
2+ years in technical support, systems administration, or similar IT environment.
Experience using SQL query tools and MS SQL Server administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ScriptPro customer infrastructure, including servers and applications.
Support production systems, performance tuning, and database performance.
Perform remote configurations, upgrades, and triage across physical/virtual servers.
Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and hardware replacement guidance.
Execute backups, restores, failover, and disaster recovery testing for business continuity.
Provide Windows Server and update services support and deploy approved software.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in Siebel or designated systems.
Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to improve service metrics.
