Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to develop, support, and maintain production environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. You will diagnose complex technical issues, drive reliability, and support hybrid architectures while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

The role reports to Manager, Enterprise Architecture; generally remote with possible on-site requirements in Mission, KS. Strong troubleshooting, cloud and security skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, cloud operations, or a similar IT role.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems, applications, and networking.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting customer production environments across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Analyze system performance and stability; implement actions to improve reliability.
• Support and maintain infrastructure including applications, servers, and configurations.
• Perform remote system configuration, upgrades, and patching.
• Collaborate with Applications, Infrastructure and Development teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
