Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations.
• Experience with AI tools, including custom Copilot Studio agents.
• Familiarity with ticketing/service desk systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across cloud and on-premises systems.
• Document, track, and manage service requests in Siebel.
• Analyze system performance and implement corrective actions.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Proficiency with Power Platform technologies

Experience with Microsoft Azure

Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems

Knowledge of networking fundamentals

Education

Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field
