Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot, analyze, and maintain ScriptPro systems, hardware, and software. This remote role prefers candidates in the Kansas City Metro area, with some travel by air or auto.

You will use remote tools to assist customers, resolve issues, and improve pharmacy workflow. Requires 3+ years in Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting; strong communication and customer service; typing 50 WPM; associate degree preferred and a valid

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred in computer science or related field.
3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.
Working knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
Experience using help desk ticketing systems (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM).
Typing 50 WPM; excellent communication and customer service.
Ability to multitask with varying priorities and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers to provide and process information about products and services.
Conduct technical analysis and review system performance.
Troubleshoot issues with software, hardware, and pharmacy operations workflow.
Research information using knowledge bases, procedures, and mentors.
Respond to inquiries from queues or SME queues as assigned.
Deliver service via phone, chat, and email support simultaneously.
Work a ticket queue based on priority and impact.
Recommend workflow changes based on pharmacy needs and best practices.
Document actions in Siebel with high data quality.
Proactively monitor systems to minimize downtime.
Coordinate onsite field technicians and shipment of parts.
Possess valid driver's license and travel by air if needed.
