Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to respond to inbound calls with remote issue resolution. This is a remote work from home position, with a required 3-week onsite training at our headquarters in Mission, KS.

Responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, maintaining ScriptPro systems and peripherals, managing tickets, and ensuring timely resolution. Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor's in a tech field or 2 years of related experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Requires minimum Associate’s, Bachelor's or 2 years related experience.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11) and desktop/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ticketing or service desk software and SLA-driven resolution times.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• Maintain, upgrade, or replace software systems and provide hardware support.
• Support and maintain user account information including rights, security, and groups.
• Maintain progressive knowledge of ScriptPro systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
