Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote problem resolution for software and hardware in a fast-paced environment. The role includes opening service requests, tracking via a ticketing system, and escalating issues as needed.

The position is remote from home with 3 weeks of onsite training at our Mission, KS headquarters. On-site training aside, the role follows a Wednesday through Sunday 11:30am–8:00pm CST shift and requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a tech field

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in engineering/tech or 2 years related experience.
• Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/10/11) and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Experience with a ticketing/service desk system and SLA driven resolution times.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if located outside the area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair ScriptPro systems and peripherals.
• Maintain software systems and provide hardware support.
• Manage user accounts and security groups.
• Expand knowledge of ScriptPro systems and assist with projects.
