Job summary

ScriptPro is hiring a Pharmacy Support Analyst to troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, and peripherals. You’ll consult with customers on best practices for configuration and workflow, with remote work as the primary mode and some on-site travel in the Kansas City area.

The role requires experience with remote support tools, SQL, and CRM systems, plus excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Some travel by air or auto may be required.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years experience with Windows OS, networking, software, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
• Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.
• Working knowledge of connectivity and networking concepts.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
• Experience using help desk ticketing systems (Oracle, Siebel, or other CRM systems).
• Experience with SLA-driven resolution environments.
• Fast and accurate typing (50 WPM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services.
• Conduct technical analysis and review system performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with proprietary software, insurance/credit card processing, reports, and O/S.
• Research information using knowledge bases, SharePoint, and documented tickets.
• Respond to inquiries from general or specialist queues.
• Deliver support via phone, chat, and email, managing multiple channels.
• Work a priority-based ticket queue and ensure timely resolutions.
• Recommend workflow changes based on pharmacy needs and best practices.
• Document activities with high data quality using Siebel.
• Monitor systems to minimize downtime and coordinate onsite field support.
