Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with Windows OS, networking, software/hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with remote support tools such as BOMGAR, PCAnywhere, SecureLink, or Windows Remote Desktop.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL databases and query syntax.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask under SLA-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain ScriptPro systems, applications, and hardware.
- Provide remote support and assist customers via multiple channels.
- Advise customers on configuration, workflow, and enhancements.
- Document issues and resolutions in Siebel with high data quality.
- Coordinate onsite field support and parts shipments as needed.
