Job summary

SupportYourApp is recruiting a Customer Support Consultant to deliver high-quality support in Swedish and English from a remote setup. You will assist users, guide them through the system, and ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining a patient and professional demeanor.

The role requires a solid technical curiosity about electronics/PC topics, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent Swedish and English skills (C1 for speaking and writing).
• Solid technical understanding and interest in electronics or PC/IT topics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive mindset.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic customer communication.
• Strong analytical skills for issue diagnosis.
• Own a laptop (min 8GB RAM) and reliable internet (min 50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via emails and phone calls.
• Answer customer questions and walk users through the system.
• Respond to inquiries following SLAs and documented procedures.
• Handle complaints with a calm, friendly approach.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Conduct research when information is missing and proactively seek solutions.
