Job summary

SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader. We recruit a Customer Support Consultant to join a multilingual team, enabling users from across the world to receive top-quality help remotely from home.

You will deliver support via email, chat and calls, and you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. You will need fluency in French and English (C1+), at least 6–12 months in customer support, and strong analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in customer support.
• Fluency in French and English (C1+), written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support via emails, chats and calls.
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Handle sensitive customer data securely.
• Apply customer happiness best practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.
• Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
