Job summary

A Bachelor's or technical degree is required along with 5+ years of B2B selling experience. Prior knowledge of municipal water treatment and CRM (Salesforce) is a plus. The position offers a competitive compensation range with commission eligibility and strong benefits under Veralto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Technical degree in Business or a science-related field.
• Five+ years of B2B sales, territory or account management experience.
• Able to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of municipal water treatment market and aftermarket parts/service experience.
• Experience selling complex products/services to regulated customers; Salesforce CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly sales territory, account plans and customer engagement to achieve targets.
• Prepare and present monthly funnel reviews and SFDC-based activity plans.
• Prepare monthly forecasts with opportunity dates, values, and probabilities in SFDC.
• Collect competitive intelligence and sales trends for monthly business reviews.
• Participate in customer site visits, trade shows, seminars, and channel management.
