Job summary

FSI is seeking a Project Manager to lead client implementation projects from initiation through delivery. This role ensures on-time, on-scope, and within-budget performance while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You’ll coordinate data migration, training, and rollout strategies, with strong organizational and communication skills across multiple projects. The position offers remote work with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally focused on SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• CMMS familiarity preferred
• Knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission) is a plus
• Strong understanding of project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet)
• PMP or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium-sized customers through end-to-end successful implementations and launches, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Project manage implementation tasks such as data migration, product training and organizational roll-out strategies, coordinating internal resources as necessary.
• Configure software
• Maintain a minimum of 70% productivity.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and team members in a timely manner.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Continuously improve implementation processes and methodologies.
• Train customers in product and implementation configurations either onsite and/or virtual.
