Job summary

Surgical Information Systems (SIS) seeks an Associate Implementation Consultant to serve as the application SME during SIS Complete implementation projects. You’ll guide configurations, training, and project activities from initiation to post activation support.

You will collaborate with client, vendor, and SIS teams, learning to identify risks, manage scope, and ensure on-time delivery while traveling up to 75% and working in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Exposure to healthcare industry and SAAS software implementations.
• Experience training end users and managing projects in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with application configuration per user needs and industry standards.
• Learn and perform project management tasks through the project life cycle.
• Train administrative and end users on the SIS Complete application.
