Job summary

M Plus Serbia is seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Support Specialist to provide on-call support, manage and troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with new customer launches. Remote work is offered, with night shifts and weekend coverage as needed.

You will input data for client sites, lead training sessions, and communicate technical details in layman’s terms. Excellent English, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience communicating with customers to identify needs and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• On‑call responsiveness to support inquiries, virtually and in‑person.
• Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software across sites.
• Setting up and installing hardware.
• Inputting data for client sites.
• New customer launch support.
• Leading training sessions.
• Creating templates to improve communication.
• Conveying technical details in layman’s terms.
