M Plus Serbia is seeking two Technical Support & Partner Onboarding Specialists fluent in Hungarian and English to guide partners through API integrations and provide first-line technical support. You will use Postman to test API requests, monitor tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong

• Minimum 1 year of API onboarding, technical support, or POS system experience.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English language.

• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
• Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Communicate with partners via Slack and email to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

We are looking for 2 Technical Support & Partner Onboarding Specialists to join our team and support partners with API integrations and technical troubleshooting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support partners throughout the onboarding process and assist with API integration
• Provide L1 technical support and troubleshoot partner issues related to POS systems and API connectivity
• Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
• Use Postman to test API requests and help identify integration issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams when necessary
• Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation
• Communicate with partners via Slack and email to provide guidance and ensure a smooth onboarding experience

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in API onboarding, technical support, or POS systems
• Hands‑on experience with Postman, Jira, and Confluence
• Fluent Hungarian and professional English language
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday business hours, public holiday cover required (9am-5pm)
