M Plus Serbia is seeking a passionate Support Specialist to deliver on-call support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with new customer launches. You will work remotely, engaging with customers and translating technical details into layman's terms.

Expect to manage multiple priorities, possess strong English communication, and contribute to training efforts. This role emphasizes independence, night shifts, and weekend availability in a fast-growing team.
