Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to provide application support to customers and internal teams. You will handle complex inquiries, contribute to the knowledge base, and liaise between customers and product/engineering to resolve issues. Experience with databases and SQL-driven tools is preferred.

The role can operate in a professional office environment or remote home office. We offer a competitive pay rate of $25–$28 per hour and emphasis on training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Typing skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work directly or indirectly with customers to provide services and help resolve user issues.
• Assess software scenarios, review configuration, set up, and code to identify resolutions or escalate.
• Document processes, routines, and programs per guidelines.
• Share knowledge with team and create training materials for customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to propose enhancements and determine defect resolutions.
• Work with Account Managers to process and track contracted services.
• Review processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
