Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to provide application support to customers and internal teams. You will investigate complex questions, manage client issues related to the database and application functionality, and contribute to the knowledge base.

You will work with product and engineering teams to document enhancements and resolutions, and train customers on product use. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and listening abilities
• Ability to learn new software quickly and navigate complex systems
• Typing skills and computer proficiency

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support to customers and internal resources
• Investigate, manage, track, and close client support issues related to database and application functionality
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge base
• Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to document enhancements and resolve defects
• Train customers on functionality and best practices, including at user conferences
• Work with Account Managers to process and track contracted services
• Review and improve support-related processes and documentation
