Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.
• Typing skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and resolve customer issues related to databases and applications.
• Document processes, routines, and programs in the client tracking system and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to document enhancements and resolve defects.
• Assist and train customers on functionality and best practices for products.
