Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to provide application support to customers, including handling complex questions and contributing to our knowledge base. You will liaise with the R&D team to investigate, track, and close issues related to database functionality and software behavior.

You will train customers on product functionality, document processes, and collaborate with product and engineering to propose enhancements.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support and answer complex customer questions.
• Document issues in the client tracking system and follow guidelines.
• Create training and knowledge base content for customers.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to document enhancements.
• Assist account managers with contracted services.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Escalate issues per guidelines.
