Harris Computer seeks a Support Specialist for Aumentum TechnologieS to provide application support to customers, answer complex questions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

You will document processes, contribute to the knowledge base, and train customers on functionality and best practices while supporting account managers with contracted services. This role can operate in an office or remote setting.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service Role.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectives and resolve problems.
• Typing skills and computer proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly or indirectly with customers to provide services and help resolve user issues.
• Assess software scenarios, reviewing configuration, setup, and code to identify resolutions or escalate.
• Report information within client tracking system and document processes and programs.
• Collaborate with team members, exchange knowledge through training sessions, and produce documentation.
• Create and conduct training for customers on functionality and best practices for products.
• Collaborate with customers and product/engineering teams to document enhancements and determine causes of defects.
• Work with Account Managers to process and track contracted services.
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
