Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Support Specialist to provide application support to customers and internal teams from a remote Texas location. You will handle complex questions, document processes, and contribute to knowledge bases while collaborating with R&D and Account Managers.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues related to databases, training customers, and proposing product enhancements with engineering. Travel quarterly may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Service role
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Experience with relational databases and reading/writing T-SQL
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Crystal Reports

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to customers and internal resources
• Answer complex questions on the function and usage of our products
• Investigate, manage, track, and close client support issues related to database and application
• Document processes, routines, and programs in the client tracking system
• Create and conduct training for customers on functionality and best practices
