Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Support Scientist I to deliver expert technical support for Cytiva products in customers’ discovery journeys. You will report to the Senior Manager, Scientific Support, working from Marlborough, MA with a remote arrangement.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-sale support, troubleshooting, and training delivery. Candidates should have a Life Sciences degree, AKTA experience, and travel about 5%.

Qualifications

• Requires a life sciences degree and knowledge of chromatography concepts.
• Provides pre- and post-sale technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers.
• Delivers technical trainings and presentations to customers or colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, webchat, and email.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Cytiva products and support literature.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and follow appropriate processes for complaints.
• Deliver remote or in‑person trainings and product literature reviews.
• Identify opportunities to convert inquiries into sales leads.
