Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Support Scientist I to deliver technical support to customers using Cytiva products in their discovery journey. The role is remote and reports to the Senior Manager of Scientific Support, based in Marlborough, MA, with travel as noted.

You will provide pre- and post-sale assistance, participate in training, and help convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires a life sciences degree and knowledge of chromatography.
• Minimum 3 years laboratory experience with Cytiva AKTA systems.
• Willingness to travel 5% to Marlborough, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sale technical assistance to customers via phone, webchat, and email.
• Participate in product training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cytiva products and support literature.
• Record and manage customer inquiries with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
