Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management with a focus on security partnerships. You will develop executive relationships, coordinate with sales and operations, and drive growth through supplier programs and demand generation in a fully remote capacity with travel to Arrow offices as needed.

In this role, you will manage annual plans, engage in QBRs, and align resources to accelerate opportunities while ensuring alignment with security vendors

Formación

• Experience in managing supplier relationships at executive and field levels.
• Ability to lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Strong customer, partner, and supplier experience with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
