Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to build executive relationships with key suppliers and drive strategic initiatives. You will lead business planning, QBRs, and demand-generation programs while collaborating withSales, Operations, Finance, and IT to remove growth barriers.

The role focuses on supplier-funded programs, channel partnerships, and demand generation to expand adoption and revenue, with remote flexibility and travel to Arrow offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supplier management, business development, channel sales, product management, or tech distribution.
• Proven ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue and profitability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of go-to-market and demand generation and incentive programs.
• Experience analyzing market trends, opportunities, and growth drivers.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; translate data into strategy.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity market and security vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as main contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagements.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives to increase partner participation, certifications, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
