Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to strengthen executive relationships with key suppliers and drive strategic initiatives. The role partners with sales and operations to accelerate growth and optimize supplier programs.

You will design demand generation initiatives, manage programs, and lead business reviews with executives. Remote-friendly, but travel to Arrow offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management and channel sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity market and security vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier escalations, business planning, initiatives, and alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and pipeline development.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
