Arrow Electronics is seeking a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier management and program development. You will cultivate executive relationships, drive growth initiatives, and coordinate with sales and operations to optimize performance.

The role emphasizes go-to-market planning, demand generation, and building robust supplier programs, with full-time, remote flexibility and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supplier management and business development.
• Proven ability to manage revenue and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity market and security vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
