Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier relationships and program management for growth across security-focused partnerships. You will drive executive engagement, annual planning, and go-to-market initiatives while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to remove obstacles and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in supplier management and channel sales.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong business acumen with revenue, profitability oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and regular executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives that increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and provide recommendations to optimize performance and outcomes.
• Champion initiatives that improve the customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to resolve complex business issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
