Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years and an advanced degree.
• Experience in supplier management, business development, and channel partnerships is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier escalations, business planning, strategic initiatives, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive engagement activities.
• Advocate for supplier priorities within Arrow and represent Arrow's interests with supplier leadership.
