Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for supplier escalations and strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagement.
• Identify market opportunities and partner growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales to support opportunities and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives to increase partner participation, certifications, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Champion initiatives to improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and remove barriers to growth.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
