Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to help expand our virtual card payment network. You will enroll suppliers, educate them on the benefits of virtual payments, and drive adoption of our payment solutions across the globe.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, guide suppliers through enrollment, gather data accurately, and strive to exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and quality goals within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card program via high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual card payments and joining our network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations.
• Guide suppliers through the enrollment process while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information accurately for enrollment.
• Consistently exceed enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Maintain high self-motivation while managing outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
