Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to join the team and help expand our virtual card payment network.

In this fast-paced role, you will educate suppliers on the benefits of virtual payments and guide them through enrollment. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, qualify suppliers, overcome objections, and ensure a smooth enrollment with an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and enrolling in the network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information for enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Manage outbound calling activity with high motivation and minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
