Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card payment network. You will educate suppliers on virtual payments, drive enrollment, and ensure a superior customer experience through high-volume outbound outreach.

Responsibilities include researching and verifying supplier data, overcoming objections, and meeting weekly/monthly enrollment and quality targets while collaborating with Payment Optimization and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program via high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and enrollment in the network.
• Identify objections and guide conversations to resolution.
• Lead enrollment process with strong customer experience.
• Collect and verify supplier information for enrollment accuracy.
• Consistently exceed enrollment, performance, and quality targets.
• Support cross-training and other payment operations tasks as needed.
• Suggest improvements to processes for efficiency and satisfaction.
