Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and network participation.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment with a strong customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information for enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and QA goals.
• Maintain outbound activity with high self-motivation and minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Optimization/Operations functions.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
