Global Payments seeks a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to drive virtual card adoption by enrolling suppliers and educating them on the benefits of the program. You will manage high-volume outbound outreach, resolve objections, and ensure a smooth enrollment journey with accurate data collection.

You will collaborate with the Payment Optimization and Operations teams to improve processes and deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound sales, business development or customer engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience using CRM platforms and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into virtual card program through outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and enrollment process.
• Overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment, delivering exceptional experience.
• Gather and validate supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and quality goals.
• Maintain high self-motivation while managing outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Optimization and Operations tasks as needed.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
