Global Payments Inc. is hiring a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card payment network.

In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you will partner with suppliers, educate them on virtual payments, and drive adoption of innovative payment solutions globally. You will own end-to-end enrollment, researching and qualifying suppliers, guiding them through the enrollment process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outbound sales or customer engagement experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on the benefits of accepting virtual payments and joining the network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Maintain a high level of self-motivation while managing outbound calling activity.
• Cross-train and support additional Payment Optimization and Operations tasks.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
