Qualifications

• 1-3 years of outbound sales, business development, or customer engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into the virtual card program.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and enrollment.
• Overcome objections via consultative conversations and communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment with excellent customer experience.
• Collect and verify supplier information for enrollment accuracy.
• Exceed enrollment, performance, and quality goals weekly and monthly.
• Maintain high self-motivation with outbound calling and results-focused work.
• Cross-train and support Payment Optimization and Payment Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate processes and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Assist onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
