Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card payment network.

You will engage suppliers, educate them on virtual payments, and drive adoption of our payment solutions to create value for businesses globally. You will research, qualify, and enroll suppliers through high-volume outreach, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting enrollment targets.

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into MineralTree's virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of accepting virtual card payments and joining the network.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations and professional communication.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information for enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and QA goals.
• Maintain high self-motivation while managing outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other functions within Payment Optimization and Payment Operations.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
