Global Payments Inc. seeks a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to expand our virtual card network. You will outbound-outreach, educate suppliers on virtual payments, and guide enrollment with a superior customer experience.

This role emphasizes high-volume activity, objections handling, and cross-training within Payment Optimization teams. You’ll need 1–3 years in outbound sales or customer engagement, plus Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into virtual card program via high-volume outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual payments and network adoption.
• Identify and overcome objections through consultative conversations.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment with excellent customer experience.
• Validate supplier information for successful enrollment.
• Exceed weekly and monthly enrollment, performance, and quality goals.
• Maintain motivation and manage outbound calling with minimal supervision.
• Cross-train and support other Payment Ops functions as needed.
• Evaluate processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
