Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Supplier Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment of suppliers into our virtual card payment program. You will educate suppliers on the benefits of virtual payments and guide them through the enrollment process with a strong customer-focused approach.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, leveraging CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Excel/PowerPoint to meet enrollment targets and help grow our global payment network.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound engagement and enrollment processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to educate customers.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes through consultative conversations.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Research, qualify, and enroll suppliers into virtual card program through high-volume outbound outreach.
• Educate suppliers on benefits of virtual card payments and enrollment in the network.
• Identify and overcome objections through active listening and consultative conversations.
• Guide suppliers through enrollment while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Gather and validate required supplier information to ensure successful enrollment.
• Consistently exceed weekly and monthly enrollment and performance goals.
• Cross-train and support Payment Optimization and Operations teams as needed.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as the organization grows.
