Job summary

CopperPoint Insurance Companies seeks a Supervisor Workers' Comp Claims to lead a team of claims professionals and administrative staff. You will drive performance, accountability, quality claims management and exceptional customer service across multiple experience levels.

You will guide adjusters in jurisdictions including AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC and partner with regional teams supporting the Southwest. Remote-based with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Workers' Compensation claims adjusting with increasing responsibility.
• 3+ years claims leadership experience with proven impact.
• Knowledge of core state workers’ compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of workers’ compensation claims professionals and administrative staff.
• Drive performance, accountability, quality claims management and customer service.
• Hire, coach and develop staff; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
