Qualifications

• 8+ years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience.
• 3+ years of claims leadership experience.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation laws in core states (AZ, CO, UT, NV, NM, TX, OK, MO, KS, FL, GA, NC, SC).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance or marketing.
• Ability to manage organizational change and lead in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of claims professionals and drive performance and quality.
• Develop staff through coaching and leadership.
• Partner with other claim leaders to balance workload.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accurate data.
• Lead process improvements and quality assurance reviews.
• Serve as project lead on division initiatives.
