Job summary

CopperPoint Insurance Companies is seeking a Supervisor Workers’ Comp Claims to lead a team of professionals across experience levels, driving performance and exceptional service. This remote role supports a regional Southwest team with multi-state WC claims expertise.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with claim leaders to maintain efficient workflows and high customer satisfaction. Occasional travel may be required for key meetings and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workers' Compensation claims adjusting experience.
• 3+ years claims leadership experience with proven impact.
• In-depth knowledge of WC laws and regulations in core states.
• Ability to lead in a team-based organization and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high level claims handling in compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards.
• Leads and develops staff to achieve performance goals.
• Hires, coaches and retains staff across experience levels.
• Partners with other leaders to balance workload and service levels.
• Manages process improvements to enhance workflow and data quality.
• Represents division in meetings and project initiatives.
