Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to lead a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists remotely, under the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services. You will manage daily workflow, coach staff, and ensure service levels and turnaround targets are met.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, policy adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to improve operations. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, with a CPhT required for intake oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) required when overseeing Intake Specialists.
• 2-5 years' experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.
• Ability to participate in compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow.
• Develop staff skills and provide performance feedback.
• Oversee resolution of employee relations and participate in hiring/training.
• Monitor compliance with quality, service and production standards.
• Track turnaround times to meet internal and client guarantees.
• Assist in cost monitoring and process improvements.
