Lumicera is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to manage day-to-day operations of a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists. You will monitor productivity, guide workflow, and participate in hiring, training, and staff evaluation to meet service levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a CPhT is preferred for oversight. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of pharmacy regulations are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) required when overseeing Intake Specialists.
• 2–5 years’ experience, pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow; develop staff skills and evaluate performance.
• Develop, track, and monitor staff compliance to quality, service, and production standards.
• Monitor turnaround times to meet internal standards and client guarantees.
• Assist in monitoring costs and ensuring compliance with cost goals.
• Address staff concerns and operational, system, customer service, quality issues.
• Provide production support when needed and act as escalation point for issues.
• Implement programs to improve internal and external customer service.
• Represent operations in cross-functional meetings and projects.
