Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a Supervisor, Specialty Pharmacy Support Services to lead a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists. You will oversee daily operations, monitor productivity, and help shape policies and work plans in collaboration with the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services.

You will participate in hiring, training, and staff evaluations, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive process improvements to deliver timely, accurate service for clients in a fast-paced pharmacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• CPhT certificate required when overseeing Intake Specialists.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staff and day-to-day workflow.
• Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
• Monitor compliance to quality, service, and production standards.
• Track turnaround time to meet standards and client guarantees.
• Assist in cost monitoring to meet goals.
• Address staff concerns and operational issues.
• Provide production support when needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance customer service.
