Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations, project management, digital services, or related environments.
• Work authorization to work in the United States for Hitachi Energy.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
• Programming experience connecting IIoT devices; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge orders using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring data accuracy.
• Manage the execution of digital field substation equipment monitoring projects, including schedules, inventory, lead times, and field service activities.
• Directly manage a team of service technicians and support personnel development.
• Prepare operations budgets and forecast project costs.
• Coordinate warranty and support activities with the Global Call Center.
• Coordinate among Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and production teams to deliver orders on time and within cost and quality standards.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation; investigate issues and provide root-cause analysis.
