Hitachi Energy Ltd. in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager for Digital Services to oversee front-end technical sales support, order acceptance, and project execution for digital projects and services across the country.

You will lead digital field substation equipment monitoring projects, manage schedules, inventory, lead times, field service activities, and budgets, while guiding a team of service technicians.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
• 5–10 years of overall professional experience in operations, project management, digital services, field service, or related environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams.
• Programming experience connecting IIoT devices; SAP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and acknowledge orders using Salesforce and SAP, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with customer proposals.
• Manage execution of digital field substation equipment monitoring projects, including schedules, inventory, lead times, and field service activities.
• Directly manage a team of service technicians and support personnel development.
• Prepare operations budgets and forecast direct and indirect project costs.
• Coordinate warranty and support activities with the Global Call Center to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate among Sales, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and production teams to deliver orders on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation, investigate issues, and provide recommendations for reports and root cause investigation.
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
