Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite) to manage end‑to‑end subcontract activities for All‑Domain Operations programs. This full-time role offers flexible work arrangements with potential remote work and periodic on-site collaboration at designated facilities.

You will support the capture, proposals, and negotiations, ensuring compliance with FAR, CPSR, and government regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• CPSR compliance knowledge and attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, T&M, OTA, etc.).
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; capable of price analyses and negotiations.
• Microsoft Office and Costpoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex subcontract agreements from award to execution.
• Prepare solicitation documents including SOWs and terms.
• Review bids with technical and cost volumes; resolve issues.
• Ensure timely receipt of subcontractor documents and monitor performance.
• Maintain CPSR compliant subcontract files.
• Coordinate subcontracting with internal and external partners.
• Provide guidance to less experienced Subcontract Administrators.
